Privacy Policy

Salescade ("Salescade", "we", "us") provides B2B sales software. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also explains how we handle personal information under Australian privacy principles where they apply. By using salescade.com you agree to this policy.

Account data: name, work email, organization, and authentication details when you sign up.

Customer & lead data: business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and email addresses you import or that we discover from public sources on your behalf, together with the results of website checks. We also store the source, consent, suppression, and opt-out evidence needed to operate your workspace responsibly, and the announcements and proposals you send together with their delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events.

Google account data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture) to create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail mailbox, and we do not send email through your Google account.

Usage data: log and device data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

To provide the service: discover and organize leads, check websites, draft proposals for your team to review and approve, record consent and opt-out evidence, send the announcements and approved proposals you choose to send to contacts who have agreed to hear from you, send transactional email such as verification links and team notifications, enforce plan limits, and bill your subscription. We do not sell your data.

If you ask for the weekly list of new registrations on a new-business page, we keep your email address, the state and postcodes you chose, the language and page you subscribed from, and when you confirmed, and we use them only to send that list. We first email you a confirmation link: nothing else is sent unless you use it, and an unused request is deleted after 7 days. Every list has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, or the address bounces or reports the list as spam, we stop sending, delete the postcodes, and keep the address and the date so that the opt-out is honoured. You can subscribe again at any time.

Salescade's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Salescade requests only the basic profile scopes needed to sign you in. It does not request Gmail or any other mailbox scope, does not read or send email through Google, and does not transfer or use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.

We share data only with processors that help us run the service: Anthropic (the Claude API, which drafts and summarises text inside your workspace), Google (sign-in and Places lead discovery), Resend (transactional email, the weekly registration list, and the announcements and proposals you send from your workspace), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting and cookieless web analytics), and the OpenStreetMap Foundation (its Nominatim service turns the areas you search and the customer addresses you place on the map into map coordinates). Each processes data under its own terms.

Salescade is designed for B2B sales. It sends no cold email: an announcement or proposal goes to a contact only after you have recorded that contact's consent, only when you send it, and always with your sender identification and a working unsubscribe link. Salescade records consent, suppression, and source evidence for your contacts so that you can honour opt-outs and respond to requests about where contact details came from.

Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles, Spam Act 2003 (Cth), or similar rules apply, you must use Salescade in a way that respects direct marketing restrictions, sender identification, unsubscribe rights, and data quality obligations.

Our processors may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other locations where they operate. We take reasonable steps through provider selection, contractual controls, and security measures before disclosing information to those processors.

We retain account and organization data while your account is active. Discovered lead data, website check results, sent messages, and consent or suppression evidence are retained per your plan and housekeeping windows, and deleted on request or account closure, subject to legal obligations.

Data is isolated per organization and transmitted over TLS. Passwords are stored only as salted argon2 hashes. No method is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. If you signed in with Google, you can revoke Salescade's access from your Google Account. You may also ask us to correct inaccurate information or provide available source information for contact records in your workspace. Contact us to exercise these rights.
