Overview

Salescade ("Salescade", "we", "us") provides B2B sales automation software. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also explains how we handle personal information under Australian privacy principles where they apply. By using salescade.com you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data: name, work email, organization, and authentication details when you sign up.

Customer & lead data: business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and email addresses you import or that we discover from public sources and enrichment providers on your behalf. We may also store source, consent, suppression, and opt-out evidence needed to operate your workspace responsibly.

Google account data: if you connect Gmail, we access your Google profile, Gmail send capability, and minimal Gmail metadata needed for opt-in reply detection. When reply sync is enabled, we read bounded inbox message metadata and reply content for candidate outreach replies, and store inbound sender, subject, snippet/body evidence, message ids, and classification results for your workspace.

Usage data: log and device data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use data

To provide the service: discover and organize leads, enrich contact details, draft and send approved outreach, run owner/admin-enabled automatic follow-ups, detect replies, track results, enforce plan limits, and bill your subscription. We do not sell your data.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Salescade's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail access to send approved messages, run explicitly enabled automatic follow-ups, and process opt-in reply metadata/content for sales follow-up evidence. We do not transfer or use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.

Third-party processors

We share data only with processors that help us run the service: Google (Gmail sending and opt-in reply metadata access), Hunter.io (email enrichment), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.

Australian privacy and direct marketing

Salescade is designed for B2B outreach. Your workspace is responsible for ensuring it has the required consent, lawful permission, or other applicable basis to contact each recipient. We provide suppression lists, reply classification, and source records to help you honour opt-outs and respond to recipient requests about where contact details came from.

Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles, Spam Act 2003 (Cth), or similar rules apply, you must use Salescade in a way that respects direct marketing restrictions, sender identification, unsubscribe rights, and data quality obligations.

Overseas processing

Our processors may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other locations where they operate. We take reasonable steps through provider selection, contractual controls, and security measures before disclosing information to those processors.

Data retention

We retain account and organization data while your account is active. Discovered/enrichment data and stored reply snippets/evidence are retained per your plan and housekeeping windows, and deleted on request or account closure, subject to legal obligations.

Security

Data is isolated per organization. Sensitive credentials (e.g., Gmail tokens) are encrypted at rest. No method is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw Gmail access at any time from Settings or your Google Account. You may also ask us to correct inaccurate information or provide available source information for contact records in your workspace. Contact us to exercise these rights.
