Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Salescade. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Salescade provides B2B sales automation: lead discovery, contact enrichment, a CRM, and email outreach sent through your connected Gmail account, reply detection, and guarded automatic follow-ups when enabled by an owner or admin. Features and limits depend on your plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your team members' activity, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.
4. Acceptable use & outreach compliance
You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with all applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles, Australian Consumer Law, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local anti-spam or privacy rules. You must contact only recipients where you have consent, lawful permission, or another applicable basis; keep evidence of consent or source; include accurate sender identity and contact details; include a clear and functional unsubscribe or opt-out method where required; and honour opt-outs promptly within applicable legal timeframes. You may not use harvested address lists or address-harvesting software.
You may not use Salescade for spam, harassment, or unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. Sends require approval by default. Owners and admins may explicitly enable automatic follow-ups by turning off approval-required mode and enabling auto follow-up mode; those follow-ups remain subject to suppression, reply-stop, sender verification, ramp-up, and sending-limit gates.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe Billing and renew until cancelled. Free plan limits, paid plan limits, prices, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout and may change with notice. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you import. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salescade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless another law applies compulsorily. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes related to these Terms.
