Frequently asked questions

The practical questions teams ask before connecting their data and Gmail.

Can I really get started right away?

Just pick your industry and the initial setup is configured automatically. No development or complex configuration needed to prepare your first campaign.

Will emails be sent automatically without my control?

By default, sends require approval. Owners and admins can explicitly opt into automatic follow-ups, and those follow-ups still stop for replies, suppressions, unverified senders, and sending limits.

Can I import my existing customer and lead data?

Yes. Import existing data via Excel upload, and any customers that overlap with newly discovered leads are deduplicated automatically.

Which industries do you support?

We currently offer lead sources and email templates tailored to several industries, and we keep adding more.

What does the Free plan include? Do I need a credit card?

The Free plan requires no credit card. You can review paid plans anytime on the pricing page or from Billing.

Is my data secure?

Data is isolated by organization and handled only by the necessary subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy.

Is cold outreach legal in Australia?

The Spam Act 2003 requires consent, sender identification, and a working unsubscribe. Salescade is built around those rules — approval-gated sends, automatic suppression, and identified senders — but consent depends on your specific situation, so this is not legal advice.

Control is part of the product

Built around the Australian Spam Act

Cold outreach in Australia has rules. Salescade provides operational safeguards by default.

Human approval

Initial sends require human approval by default. Owners and admins can opt into guarded automatic follow-ups, which stop when someone replies.

Unsubscribe & do-not-contact

Opt-outs are honoured automatically: suppressed contacts are blocked from every future send.

Sender identification

Messages go out from your own Gmail with your name and business details, as the Spam Act requires.

Send caps & ramp-up

Daily limits and a first-week ramp-up keep volume responsible and protect your domain reputation.
